This is rollover month, to set up the Fine Arts pre-selections for September, which the students will make in June.

Go to Administration - Year end rollover; this will bring up the Rollover admin page, which shows the number of MCPs, students and subjects reay for next year. Clicking on the relevant link should get the system to do that part of the rollover.

Since these pages are so rarely used, they aren't very pretty. The student one sould probably be avoided / deprecated.
