Overview
This page allows you to pick from a list of pre-defined templates and generate a report.
Most templates will invite you to review and adjust the default settings before you generate.
Fields, Boxes, and Buttons (oh my!)
Report Drop-down: Select the report template that you wish to apply and click Continue. A new page will load with the appropriate settings.
Settings (Text Boxes, Pull-downs, and Selection Lists): these are loaded in a new page after you choose a template and click Continue.
Adjust any of the default settings and click Generate to create the desired report .
