SDS:Impersonation.php

This page allows you to impersonate another teacher - making the SDS think you are that person. Impersonation allows you to edit another teacher's reports, attendance records, etc. Impersonation permissions can be modified at Administration ->Teachers->List teachers.

Hit "Reset impersonation" in the top menu to return to your regular identity.

Impersonate Teacher

This is the standard mode, generally available to staff. It allows access to persons whose allow_impersonation level is not higher than the impersonation level of the logged in user.

Impersonate Staff

This is available to the sds-debug group, and includes all staff.

Impersonate Student

This is available to the sds-debug group, and includes all students enrolled or accepted for the current campus and school year.

Impersonate Parent

This is available to members of LDAP_GROUP_PARENT_IMPERSONATE, and exists to assist parents with their use of the Parent Portal.
