Overview
This page lists all the Ministry of Education (MOE) subjects, along with key details (MOE code, grade, description, advanced placement status, etc).
This page provides a key reference list for relating ministry subject codes with internal subjects.
On this page you will be able to add new MOE subjects, prune obsolete records, and edit existing references.
Fields, Boxes, and Buttons (oh my!)
Click on any header to sort the list, alphabetically, according to that value. Click the header again to reverse the order.
Filter by Grade: choose a grade from the drop-down menu and click Select to filter the list by the chosen grade.
Add MOE subject: click on this link to load the Add MOE Subject page. Fill out the form and click Save Changes to add a new subject, or click Return to List MOE Subjects to return to the list.
Delete Unlinked MOE Subjects: this option will remove all MOE subjects that are not linked to classes.
This option is irreversible. Please be certain you wish to remove untethered subjects before clicking here.
Edit: click the edit text in any row to edit the related MOE subject. This will load a new page that will allow you to:
- Change the values associated with the MOE subject (MOE code, grade, description, AP status, etc)
- Add an MOE exam
- View and edit the Linked Subjects
- View a list of all unlinked subjects and, if desired, link them to the MOE subject
