Overview
Use this page to send emails to the parents of students. Use the filters on the page to alter the list of parents in real-time, and hit Reset at any time to start over!
Email parents of students...
This group of filters allows you to filter the list by student group (e.g. house, grade, gender, etc). Simply choose the filters you wish to apply and wait a moment for the list to update.
Email parents where parent-student fields are...
This filter relates to the characteristics of the parent or parents. Again, simply choose the filter(s) you wish to apply and the list will automatically update.
Buttons and Checkboxes
- Export: click the export button to export a spreadsheet of the listed parents and their emails.
- Print Labels: choose a format and click the button to export a PDF of the parent(s) addresses in label form, ready to print.
- Send Email: click this button to open an email feature with the selected parents already loaded as recipients.
- Reset: resets all features to default.
- Uncheck all boxes: unchecks all the selection checkboxes, which are checked by default.
- Checkboxes: click any checkbox to select or deselect the associated parent.
