This page allows you to edit a mark collection period.

Special fields

There are some fields which must be filled in with specific values for this to work properly.

Session type: If the collection is internal mark collection only, set to marks. If it it reports only, set to reports. If it is both reports and marks, set to Reports,Marks. External is a for a collection of marks for external purposes, such as provincial school marks. Midyear is specifically for the collection of midyear marks.

Start time/end time: This is the start and end of the collection period, as in when the teachers are allowed to write reports and enter marks.

New students only: whether this is a new student report only

Release to x: determines when this grade will be allowed access to their marks. This affects the student SDS.

Report mark caption: which mark caption to display on report cards

Provincially examinable mark caption: which mark caption to display on report cards *if* the course is provincially examinable *and* there is no value entered for report mark caption

Modify mark captions and commit your changes by clicking on the "Save" button at the *bottom* of the page.

Add new mark captions using the "Add new mark caption" button.
