After the year end, roll over to a new year.

Check that the list of teachers is up to date. For new teachers, don't forget to add the default list of teacher perrmissions from php_teacher_access.

Check that the list of department heads and houseparents is correct.

Check to see if the timetable structure has changed.

The school breaks will need to be input.
