SDS:Dry run conflict report.php

This page lists students where the dry run did not satisfy all of their requests. This could be for a number of different reasons:

1. The student selected too many subjects and there were no periods remaining to schedule the courses
2. The student selected a subject where all available subsets conflicted with other subjects that couldn't be moved
3. The student selected a subject where all subsets were full
4. The student selected a subject that will not be offered this year
5. The student selected a subject that is not available for automatic filling by dry run
6. etc.
