SDS:View booking weekly.php

This page allows you to view all of the bookings for a certain resource, one week at a time, and offers a convenient interface for creating new bookings.

When you first come to the page, you'll probably see the text "Loading..." in the middle of the screen. Give it a moment - soon, a grid should appear.

You can change the resource you're viewing by selecting a new one from the drop-down box at the top ("Computer Lab 306" is probably selected by default). Move forward or backward in time by clicking on the "<Last Week" and "Next Week>" links.

Blocks that are already booked are highlighted in yellow. If you leave your mouse over a booking for a second, it will show you who booked it, for what time span, and for what timetable blocks.

Moving your mouse over an unbooked block will show you the name of the block, and what times it spans. Clicking on "Book Me!" will take you to create_resource_booking.php.

Clicking on the name of a day, at the top of the grid, will bring you to view_booking.php. From here, you can manage all of the bookings for a certain day.
