This page allows editing of the Ministry of Education MOE1701 form.

To initially fill in the form, you should autofill it. This will remove all values currently stored in the MOE1701 table, and fill them in with values pulled from the SDS. The autofill has been improved significantly since the initial year it was created, and should work well now.

You can also autofill single grades, in case that is required.

To make manual tweaks, pull down a student from the student dropdown and click the "Edit this student" button. You can then make changes as required to that student. Click the "Save" button to commit your changes, or click the "Save and next" button to commit the changes and move on to the next student. You can also autofill individual students by clicking the "Autofill this student" link.

Once the whole table is correct, you can click the "Export to STD format" to generate the MOE1701 data in the Ministry's STD format. This can then be imported into the validator program for verification before submission to the Ministry.
