This page shows the number of students (Enrolled and Accepted) for each grade next year who have made a particular number of preselections - that is, this is a frequency distribution graph.
This page shows the number of students (Enrolled and Accepted combined) for each grade next year who have made a particular number of course requests - that is, this is a frequency distribution graph.
 
The top data/graph combines partial courses into full courses, for the purpose of determining how full the timetables might be.
 
The bottom data/graph only counts course requests, treating them all equally even if their speace in the timetable varies.
