The maximum number of tests per student per week can be set in the system variables (). If this value is 0, SDS will count the number of timetable days in the week that are not blacked out, and set that number as the maximum number of tests allowed per student for that week. |

This page allows you to schedule tests for this course.
Changing date views
You can adjust the date using the Display Date pulldown at the top of the page. You can also navigate using the Previous Month and Next Month buttons.
Choosing a test date
Within the weekly view, there is:
- information about academic advisories and test blackout dates
- a list of all of the other tests occurring on each date
- a listing of students who have exceedeed the limit of tests that they are allowed to take on one day (they have three)
- and, if your course runs on a particular day, a separate listing of the students in your class who already have two tests, and a button labelled "Schedule Test", which will be disabled if you are not allowed to schedule a test on that date
Entering test information
Once you have pressed the "Schedule Test" button, you will see a box allowing you to name the test you are scheduling so you can identify it in the system. You can also specify the start and end times of the test, and which set of LR accommodations should be used by eligible students. This information is used when scheduling LR testing spaces for those students.
Viewing test information
- Moving the mouse cursor over the name of a test in the weekly view will display a box with the name of the test and the course_subset.
Deleting a test
- If you are the teacher of a particular course, you can edit or cancel the test using the event interface. Go to My courses->[course name] and select Edit tests. Clicking on the name of the event will allow you to edit the event properties of the test.
The system checks to ensure that all students in the class do not already have the maximum permitted number of tests in other classes scheduled, and will disable creating a test on days where a student would violate this rule if you created a new test on those days.
The maximum number of tests per student per week can be set in the system variables (). If this value is 0, SDS will count the number of timetable days in the week that are not blacked out, and set that number as the maximum number of tests allowed per student for that week.
