Overview
This page allows you to change the name and description of existing attendance codes, and add new attendance codes.
Due to the interconnectivity of the databases, deleting types is not a trivial process. Please contact an administrator if you wish to delete types.

Manage Codes

• General Fields: change the values you'd like to change, then click the save button to modify existing entries.
  
• Use in absences: should be checked if the attendance code should be in the list of absences as well as attendance codes.
  
• Sport only: should be checked if the attendance code only affects sports (such as off sport).
  

Add Code

• General Fields: fill in the values of the new code you wish to create, then click the Add button to add the new code.
  
• Use in absences: should be checked if the attendance code should be in the list of absences as well as attendance codes.
  
• Sport only: should be checked if the attendance code only affects sports (such as off sport).
