SDS:List subjects.php

The list subjects page will show all subjects for a department.

Fields

• Order - this is the course_sort_order, which is used to define the order in which subjects appear in reports and registration pages
• Grade
• Edit Subject - click to edit that subject (and list the courses under that subject)
• Courses
• List Students - provides a list of all students currently registered in secions of the subject, alog with the section identifier (course.subset)
• Unexplained Absences - a report showing which students have unexplained absences in course sections of that subject
• MOE Subject - the connected Ministry Subject (for credit purposes)
• Credits - the number of MOE credits for successful completion of this subject
• Timetable space - indicates how much of a student's timetable would be taken up during course-requests/preselection
• FTE - counts the total FTE of the underlying course sections
• Rotates - indicates whether this is a rotating subject
• Enter mars/TRAX marks - click on the marks link to edit the marks for all courses in that subject.
• Can delete? - If the subject does not have any preselection subject rules, or courses, or preselections, a Delete button will be available. This will also delete any related subject_priot_credit information set up for this subject.
