This page allows you to manage the School PLOs for subjects you teach. First, choose a subject to see the current school PLOs.

You can add a new school PLO using the add form. You can also clone a ministry PLO directly if it contains the correct text. If you have been using School PLOs for more than one year, there will also be an option to import school PLOs from last year's PLOs.

School PLOs can be associated with one or more Ministry PLOs if the topics overlap. This helps us report how students did on ministry PLOs if we get audited, as well as allowing the report card to group School PLOs into relevant topics together. You can only link School PLOs to one ministry PLO stream (strand).

Once you have set up some school PLOs, you should associate them with the mark collection periods that they should be reported in. So, if the first PLO is generally taught in the first term, ensure that you select the first term reports so that the School PLO shows up by default on the first term report writing page. Even if the PLO is not selected as a default, you can still manually add it if you'd like.
