*Subset
*Sex - defines which student sexes can access a section during timetable dry_run
*Autofill grades - defines which student grades can access a section during timetable dry_run. This information is also indicated on the reschedule page for sections of a course that are not designated for the student's grade.
*FTE - this value is used during the timetable design phase to check whether sufficient sections have been created and whether sufficient teaching capapcity exists to cover those sections. It is also used to determine whether a section will show for teacher cover (sections with 0 FTE are not shown for teacher cover).
*Seats - the nominal capacity of the course section
*Dry run seats - the apparent capacity of the course section during the timetable dry_run build process.
*PT (parent -teacher meetings) - this defines whether the course section will show during the Mange PT meetings process.
*Attendance fuzzy - this determines whether this section should be checked to see if there are other sections taught at the same time by the same teacher (for the purposes of attendance)
*Marks fuzzy - like attendance fuzzy, but for reports and marks (and possibly markbook - tbd)
*Has marks - used to define whether this course section has marks to be processed during the reporting process.
*Has reports - used to define whether this course section should be used in the reporting process
