This page allows you to see preselections in a variety of ways (by student, by students in a grade, etc.).

Selections by subject

Select the subject of interest in the leftmost list. Click Go (select transcript subjects). This will create a list of students who have selected this subject.

If the subject has prior credit information set up, those related subjects will be selected in the second list of subjects. You can go with this subject, or choose any other subject to look for current standing (from the transcript process) and click Include transcript marks.

Approval process

If any students have triggered the approval process (either through prereg_subject_rules or subject_prior_credits), there will be approval buttons that can be used to grant or refuse approval.

Selections by student

To see the selections for a student, or a group of students, use the Student Filter section of the page. Select the students from the student list, and click Go. The selections for each student will be shown in a separate table.
