After the year end, roll over to a new year.

Check that the [[SDS_edit_teachers.php|list of teachers]] is up to date. For new teachers, don't forget to add the default list of teacher perrmissions from [[SDS_php_teacher_access.php|php_teacher_access]].

Check that the list of [[SDS_edit_departments.php|department heads]] and [[SDS_edit_houses.php|houseparents]] is correct.

Check to see if the [[SDS_edit_timetable_blocks.php|timetable structure]] has changed.

The school [[SDS_edit_breaks.php|breaks]] will need to be input.
