Note: depending on your browser settings the spreadsheet will either be downloaded to your workstation computer in CSV format (Comma-Separated Values) or a dialog box will open giving you options. If you selected Excel you will still be provided with a CSV, formatted for importing into Excel. See step 4 for conversion.
