Calendermeister allows you to confirm or reject proposed [[SDS_calendar.php|calendar]] [[SDS_manage_calendar_events.php|events]].

==Browsing==
You can browse the calendar to see all of the calendar events, no matter when they're scheduled for.

===The Date Bar===
If you want to view the events on or around a specific date, enter a date using the pull-down menus in the top-left corner, and click "Day", "Week" or "Month" in the upper-right. ''Note, there are two "Week" buttons. They each display a different format, which may be more convenient for printing''.

===Today===
Click the "Today" button in the upper-right corner to automatically view today's calendar events.

==Updating==
Once you've navigated to the proper week, you should actually make some changes.

For each entry in the calendar, you can accept or reject the event. If the teacher has also requested the event to be featured on the main school website, you can accept or reject that application, too. If you would like the event to have more emphasis, you can tick one or more of the bold, italic, and underline checkboxes to apply that style to the title on calendar pages.

You can click on the description of the calendar event to edit the event, and you can click on the teacher's name to bring up an email.

Click 'process calendar changes' to finalize all of the changes you've made. Calendar items that have been accepted will turn green, rejected will turn red, and items left proposed will remain grey.

===Other Browsing Techniques===
Clicking on a date will bring up the "Day" view for that day. Clicking "Next Week", "Previous Week", etc. does exactly what it says.
