SDS:Orphaned records.php

This page displays data from the parent database that is likely incorrect or incomplete.

Usage

In order to use this page, you must select one of the links, listed below. Once the results have been displayed, clicking on an ID number will automatically bring you to the page where that error can be fixed.

Parents without students

This displays all of the parents that have been entered into the database, but haven't been specified as being the parents of any students. Can be fixed at edit_parents.php.

Students without parents

This displays all of the students that don't have any parent data entered into the database. Can be fixed at edit_student.php.

Parents without addresses

This displays all of the parents that have not been associated with a home address. Can be fixed at edit_parents.php.

Addresses without parents

This displays all of the addresses that have been entered, but haven't been associated with any parents. Can be fixed at edit_address.php.

Addresses without data

This displays all of the "New" addresses that have been created, but do not contain any address data. These can be fixed at edit_address.php.
