Overview
This page allows you to edit existing reports, and to add new ones.

Due to the interconnectivity of the databases, deleting records is not a trivial process and can result in severe consequences. Please contact an administrator if you wish to delete an entry.

Main Page

• Edit a report: select a report from the pull-down menu and click Edit to load the edit page.

• Add a report: fill in the values of the new entry you wish to create, then click the Add button and the system will generate the entry according to your specifications.
  

Edit Page

• General details: change any of the values you wish to update and click Save.
  

• Field details: change any of the values you wish to update and click Save. Field type must match an existing type; see list and format at the bottom of the page.
  

• Add a field: fill in the values of the new entry you wish to create, then click the Add button and the system will generate the entry according to your specifications.
